Requirements:
Experience in customer retention or CRM at Senior/Head level, preferably with experience launching new projects (gambling or related industries)
Deep understanding of customer behavior in online casinos, including Tier 1 European market specifics
Proficiency with analytical tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.IO, Optimove, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proven experience in developing loyalty programs and VIP initiatives from scratch
Strong analytical skills and a track record of building effective data-driven processes
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team to achieve high performance
Advanced level of English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to thrive in a startup environment requiring flexibility, initiative, and strategic thinking
Responsibilities:
Develop a retention strategy from scratch, including loyalty programs, VIP initiatives, and promotional mechanics
Design and implement a CRM system, selecting the appropriate tools and technologies for personalization and customer experience management
Create user segmentations for personalized campaigns aimed at reducing churn and increasing LTV
Manage multichannel communication with customers (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app), including the structure and content of campaigns
Develop bonus policies and related promotional campaigns to enhance player engagement
Continuously analyze user data and develop A/B tests to improve key metrics (Retention Rate, ARPU, LTV)
Build and grow a team of retention managers (as the project scales) and collaborate with other departments (product, marketing, affiliates)
Monitor competitors and adapt best practices to our casino
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to retention on Tier 1 European markets
