Senior Game Mathematician(Slots)

Work Format: On-site, Remote, Hybrid

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Requirements:

• Degree in mathematics

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Mathematician or similar role in online gambling

• Deep understanding of various slot mechanics

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in math models

• Excellent problem-solving skills for abstract and complex math tasks

• Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making

• Ability to view games from a player’s perspective

• Team collaboration experience

• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems

• Motivation to tackle challenges and ambitious goals

• Creativity, curiosity, and strong mathematical intuition

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop game mathematics and mechanics with Product Owners, Developers, and other Mathematicians

• Run math simulations to validate models

• Analyze popular competitor games to gain insights

• Conduct competitive game math analysis

• Participate in the full game creation process

• Collaborate closely with development teams

• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve products
