Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with ATS tools.
English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers).
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Provide market insights and advise on recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update the ATS and candidate database.
